- Farmers
- Register each farmer with a farmer code, Ghana Card number, face photo and payment details. Duplicate ID numbers are blocked.
- Farm mapping
- Draw plot boundaries on satellite imagery or import them. Plots of 4 ha or less can be recorded as a single point.
- Deforestation risk
- Every plot is screened against Global Forest Watch data. Any override needs a written justification.
- Programs
- Run training or child labour remediation programs and record activities, attendance, input distributions and evidence.
- Surveys
- Build versioned forms with GPS, photo and signature questions and conditional logic.
- Compliance
- See which farmers are EUDR ready and export reports as PDF, Excel, CSV, GeoJSON or JSON.
Purchasing Management
Purchases, Bag IDs, station stock, warehouses, dispatch and bag traceability.
- Purchases
- Record weight, moisture, price and payment method against a registered farmer, then print the receipt. Each bag gets a Bag ID, scanned with a phone camera.
- Stock
- Track stock at each buying station, then request and approve evacuations with a bag manifest.
- Yield
- Compare each farmer’s deliveries with the yield expected from their farm size and flag over-purchasing.
- Warehouses
- Receive bags against the dispatch manifest, record discrepancies and quality grades, and watch capacity.
- Dispatch
- Send primary dispatches to warehouses and secondary dispatches to ports or processors, with vehicle, driver and waybill.
- Traceability
- Look up any Bag ID to see its farmer, purchase, station, warehouse and dispatch history.
Both systems share the same farmers, plots, buying stations and area structure. A purchase is recorded against a registered farmer, so each bag leads back to that farmer's mapped plots.
Follow a bag back to the farm it came from.
Sustainability Management records who grew it and where. Purchasing Management gives each bag an ID at purchase and tracks it through every move after that.

Tracked bag by bag from purchase through warehouse receipt and dispatch. Delivery at the port or processor is confirmed for the whole shipment, not per bag.

Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 covers cocoa and oil palm, among other commodities. Before those goods reach the EU market, the operator has to show:

Deforestation risk screens each plot from that cut-off date and keeps every assessment and override.

Compliance exports farmer lists, plot geometry and risk results, and zips the evidence for any area or list of farmers.
